Miss Norvell has been a poet, singer, artist, film producer, rag seller, actress, art dealer, bartender and wife. While making films in LA, she met Kid Congo Powers (Nick Cave, Gun Club, Cramps, Khan) at the deathbed of a mutual friend, and the group Congo Norvell was born. Both Norvell and Powers had been noticed & cast by Wim Wenders (Paris, Texas & Wings of Desire), so the marriage of noir drama and music was immediately established. After several recordings and American & European tours (including East & West coast dates with Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds), the duo relocated to New York City. They collaborated with Mark Eitzel, Foetus, Mick Harvey and various members of underground NYC (Calla, Gogol Bordello, The Vanity Set, Firewater, etc.). Tim Sköld During the early 80's, bassist Tim Tim (changing his name from Tim Sköld ) and guitarist Harry Cody formed the glam metal band Kingpin in their native Skövde, Sweden. Later Kingpin changed their name to Shotgun Messiah. After the break-up of Shotgun Messiah, Tim went on to pursue a solo career. Skold joined KMFDM in 1997. Skold, on bass, joined Ohgr. Skold's involvement with Marilyn Manson began as producer for the single "Tainted Love"....in 2008 he left the band.
